NORTHSTAR's CEO/President Announces His Retirement

This week, NORTHSTAR Health System announced the retirement of its CEO/President, Bruce Rampage, effective November 16, 2012. Connie Koutouzos has been named as the new CEO/President. During the past several years, she has made significant contributions to the organization most recently serving as NORTHSTAR's Chief Operating Officer.

Bruce has been NORTHSTAR's CEO since December 2007. He oversaw the renovation of NORTHSTAR hospital and is credited with recruiting new physicians, improving customer service, enhancing quality and changing the corporate culture.

According to Bruce, "NORTHSTAR's facilities, employees and physicians are well-positioned to meet the challenges of an ever-changing healthcare industry."

NORTHSTAR's Board Chairman, Mark Tousignant adds, "Bruce has done an outstanding job as CEO. He recruited and mentored Connie Koutouzos who is now a well-qualified CEO. We wish Bruce the very best and are extremely grateful for his five years of leadership"
