NHS's Food & Nutrition staff earn ServSafe certification!

ServSafe is a Nation Accredited day long Food Safety and Protection Management Course that is offered to the Food Service workers. NORTHSTAR Health System hosted the course with several other Food Service workers from another facility attending.

The course teaches all aspects of proper cooking, time and temperature, cleaning, sanitation and much more. NHS is proud to provide continuing education to their employees.
